Hey there... thanks for your interest!!!
Yes. It's actually the entire kit which includes the air box, the filter, velocity stack ring, and tightening clamp.
Actual part number on Stillen website is: #402835
You should be able to see the entire specs and pics of the kit along with install instructions and pics once you link up to this part number on the Stillen website.
I should get my camera back from my friend today, so i'll have pics available to post later.
Please let me know if you should have any further questions or concerns.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Does yours have the paper air cone or the K&N? The website cites an 11 HP gain, and from what I've read that seems a little adventurous. Does this kit really offer better performance than a stock airbox with a drop-in K&N or just a louder sound?

Sorry for the delayed pics. My friend just brought back my digi-cam and so I immediately snapped some pics for you guys. I attempted to focus on the angles most visible when installed so that you could see that there are nearly no blemishes, scratches, or stains on the black plastic housing and/or the chrome top of the cone filter. I know a lot of times some people really mess up the cosmetic appearance of the black housing causing it to look un-OEM when installed. Also others scratch or ding the top chrome piece of the filter, where as on this one you will note that it is not in any bad shape at all. No issues either with the velocity stack or tightening clamp.
As you will note in the pics, this kit is in near mint condition and is all original Stillen.
As an added/repeated note, all items in the picture are what is included.
Thanks again guys for your interest.

This is the cone filter that was supplied originally with the kit from Stillen. It is a K&N type, not paper filter. As for sound, definitely louder than drop-in K&N. So if that's what you're looking for, definitely a plus.
