I'm no expert but if you only wanted to drop the car yes you would only need the springs... but I'm not sure how the ride would feel with the stock G35 dampers. The ride would probably be better suited with the OEM 350z struts as the dampers for the G35 were not made for the Z's spring rates.

03/04 oem 350Z springs on oem sedan sport shocks
Pro: nice 1" linear spring drop with spring rates that are the same as oem sedan sport springs. Shocks felt about the same to me with this combo.
Con: With the shocks feeling the same, I have room to suggest that you might want to kick things up a notch with Tokico D-specs. But AGAIN, this setup did not outright speak to me that you had to upgrade the shocks.

04.5 to 06 oem 350Z springs on oem sedan sport shocks.
Pro: same 1" drop on linear springs. +27% higher rear spring rate does offer less rear suspension squat on full throttle application's and without any other setup changes the higher rear rate does give the car a more lively feeling around town (really anytime cornering speeds are 45mph or less).
Con: insuffecient rear shock dampning to deal with the 27% increase in rear spring rate. I found too many instances where the rear shocks allow things to happen because they didn't have enough control. A lower threshold to forgiving throttle imputs closer to the limits of adheasion, also you have to wait longer comming out of a corner before you can start squeezing the throttle (can also say that when VDC is on, it activates more often).

04.5+ to 06 oem 350Z springs front sedan sport shocks rear revised 04.5+ oem 350Z shocks.
Con: Too much stiffness on the whole on the rear of the car, not recommended. (would be fine with revised Z shocks at all 4 corners)

I have also driven in two sedan's with 03/04 coupe springs with D-specs and 03 Z springs and D-specs.

let me know if you are willing to ship them...

all you need is a box to fit them in. since springs are pretty durable so i think all you need are some used, ready to be thrown away clothes to wrap them...

^- Will do...Well I wanna package it right as of right now I have a box that my coilovers came in but I threw away the outter package, (big mistake on my part!) I would rather have one inner box and one outter so I know it stays together. And definitely need bubble wrap on the inside or some protection from damaging shocks and/or springs...Iono how a buyer would feel about opening up a box with some strangers clothes in there XD But I know what you mean haha.

^- Oh I thought you wanted the whole thing... I'd need to find a buyer for the shocks also if I were to part this out. But yes it would be 50 plus shipping.

Yes it will fit.

Like I said guys I'm not shipping yet, but if I do the priority is in this order b/c of interesting in the full suspension package:

1. bigdano
2. skazz781
3. raydeon

I'm going to let this sit for a 2-3 weeks and if it's not sold locally I will be contacting you all in that order.
