Hi, anyone interested in purchasing my 05 coupe midpipe? It only has 3K miles and I am asking 65 + shipping. I have pix if needed.

 

Pl send pics, will it fit in my 05 6MT sedan, what are the benefits, will i get the exhaust sound like the couple

 

Edit. Looks like I can't use it. According to Infiniti-parts.com the 05 coupe uses a different midpipe than the 03/04. I have an 03 sedan and need the 03/04 coupe midpipe.

 

You sure about that? Maybe someone can clarify....but I've never heard that.

 

I am 99% sure that 05 coupe middy fits a sedan tho.. (but installing any years' coupe middy require slight modification in the heat shield and or drive shaft catch bracket...)

 

the 05 will fit all pre yrs. A lot of the sedan guys prefer the coupe midpipe bc its liter and also gives it a better tone in the exhaust. I believe it also increases the air flow with the coupe midpipe but I'm not 100% sure.

How do you make the modifications to make it work with the sedan? I have to be careful with modds here in Hawaii since most shops aren't that good...

 

bend the heat shield up alittle bit, and theres also a brace for the drive shaft that is very close to the midpipe and it will prolly hit, so either take the brace off, or bend it like i did

 

so the 05 coupe mid pipe will fit on my 06 g35x sedan
