I do not have the upgraded Bose system and was wondering if its still prewired for SAT? I don't have a SAT button on the radio so I'm guessing I can't just integrate the factory XM reciever.

You should be able to. You access the satellite radio by cycling through the radio button. The thing that you need to be concerned about, and I don't have the answer to this, is whether or not Infiniti has the wiring already in place. If they do, then it's just a matter of getting the receiver and plugging it in. But if not, then you'll have to purchase the wiring harness that plugs into the head unit and run the wire to the back where the receiver is mounted.
