MacMini install: Single beep w/ no AC or Radio

Got finished putting a mac mini in the G35 using a PAC AAI-NIS2. Mac Mini works fine... but

Now when I turn on the ignition; I hear a single high tone/beep about 2 seconds after the acc comes on. The radio won't turn on via power switch; neither will the

I'm fairly sure I got all the cable installed back on the rear of the ac/radio unit.
Anybody have any idea what I did wrong... or thoughts on how to fix.

I've search and scanned these forums and can't seem to find any threads with simular problems.

The tone sounds like a power invertor.

Fixed.

Found the source of the problem... And it's not my direct fault!

Turns out a freind of mine responsible for the installation of the touch screen in the navi cubby did not reconnect the ribbon cable from the front panels to the head unit. And he forgot to tell me he did that... I ASSU-MEd that he was done and it was ready for install.

The ribbon cable which was disconnected at step 2.2 on page 11:
http://digitalwheelz.com/G35ScreenHo...stallGuide.doc
and reconnected on page 14, step 16.

More details on my project can be found on my groups site:
Austin Modders

Is there any interest in me cross posting this mod in these forums?

Does anyone know if there is a way to connect the audio output into the stock Infiniti head unit?

I used a PAC AAI-NIS2 and it works just fine with my Mac MINI.
The only thing I noticed is that when listening to SAT2 (with no audio); I can hear distortion from SAT1 which has music running.
