Car Alarm Recommendations?

Hello! I want to get an aftermarket car alarm, but I dont really have an experience with them, so I wondering if you could give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot!

It depends on how much u are trying to spend and what features are u looking for.

clifford avantgard is a nice system, it has built into the system for remote start on manuals where if its in gear it wont start

the shop were I work is a Viper Dealer - we have very little problems with them.

Clifford RSX 3.5. I like it, plus the remote matches nicely with the key instead of the blue Viper remote. It's basically the same system though.

Lo JACk system and chip cost around $500.Also go to your electronic store get a wireless video remote cost will be $250 but you can record there face via computer HD or regular vhs tape.

yes but they dont pull from the same parts bin for some of their models...dei is just their principle owner

is this a new feature? if so i want an alarm system now, i researched on this a long while back and from what i found that manual cars are nearly imposisble to make them not start if in gear - due to the fact that there is no sensor in the car to tell it its in gear - can anyone confirm this?
