when i push the Disc button and press load, i get a CD ERR FO display. so this pretty much means my CD changer/player is jacked, huh?

 

i had mine replaced under warranty... i got that error and also the radio blew

 

ok, thanks. i wanted to make sure it wasnt something i could fix myself. i better take it to the dealer before my warranty expires.

 

yeah def.. make a list of stuff... like the rear windshield molding and mention it to them before buying it online... it should be warrantied, no?

basic warranty is 4 years, 60k
powertrain warranty is 6 years, 70k

cool. i better take advantage of the basic warranty. i have a 03 and its comin close to 4 years.

 

my warranty expires next month. called the dealer and the new player is on the way. woohooo!

 

I'm passed my warranty and I'm getting a "CD ERR F3". Is it possible for me to swap with someone who is in warranty and have them claim that it is broken or do they keep track of the parts on each car? Anyways its not a bid deal cuz I don't really use the CD player. I have the USA Spec with my Ipod.

 

im pretty sure they keep track of what unit they put in.. but good try anyway. haha
