I had about 80 ft eDead in my maxima and didn't notice any differences in accelleration. What I did notice is how much quieter my cabin was thanks to sound deadening the doors. Road noise coming from the bottom of your doors on the freeway is pretty much completley eliminated.

Do it once and do it right. It’s a big project but you won’t be sorry. Hands down the best mod I do to ALL my cars. As I read someone say “it’s my 100lb supermodel, who cares about the weight with results like this”.
120 sq feet of Second Skin Damplifier Pro + 40’ Overkill, 40’ Overkill Pro and Rattle pad. You want to do all the cabin sheet metal, roof skin, ¼ panels, inside of door skins. What you’re trying to achieve is not a watertight seal but mass-dampen the metal vibration. Collect all materials and tools and plan on a warm weekend (or heated garage) to complete.

Thumbs up B-Quiet

I'm using B-Quiet Ultimate and it's pretty good. Got a 50 ft. roll from ebay and it came with a free wooden roller. covered the whole trunk (both quarter panels, lower floor, trunk lid, rear body panel) and had to say that it came out nicely for my first time using this stuff.

I decided I'm willing to sacrifice one or two tenths of a second on the 1/4 mile if I can bring down that exhaust drone a bit and keep the whole cabin quieter in general.

After reading that article - http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com - I decided to go with Second Skin Audio. They're half the price of Dynamat and are the hands-down objective recommendation in that article.

I'll be calling them on Tuesday to figure out exactly where to start (based on my objectives) and how much to order.
