Any ideas for converting to double din with wood trim?

Any ideas for converting to double din with wood trim?
I have an 05 sedan with the wood trim package. I have not been able to find a double din finisher to match the wood. Anyone have any ideas? Anyone think an aluminum finisher could be custom painted to match?

I eventually plan on doing this conversion but I will get rid of the wood trim.

check with your local stereo shop...friend of mine had an acura rl that a shop fabricated an entire new piece..looks OEM in my opinion
