GPS/MP3 Computer - Update

After a long...long...long time I finally got the computer and screen installed in the car. Check it out here

There is some glare because of the angle but the screen is bright enough to be readable even at noon on a sunny day (see pics).

Very cool! I've wanted to do that but I was going to install a motorized LCD for the screen. What did you use to repaint the console? Any chance you got a write up on the install?

Thanks. I don't have a write up. I used bondo to make the dash and auto paint. I will post the paint code tomorrow.

THAT'S DEFIANTLY A HOT MOD I WAZ WONDERING IF THAT WAS A FULLY FUNCTIONAL PC OR DOSE IT JUST DO THE MP3 GPS. IF IT IS A FULL PC HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ???

nice install. mad props especially since you did it yourself. nothing beats the feeling of satisfaction after you've finised an install.
