What was the Metra instruction maunal like? Were the instructions pirated off my DIY guide for DD conversion originally posted on g-owners.com? lol.

I should have taken someone's advice back in 2004 and copyrighted the DIY guide.....


oh, the product looks ghetto....why not spend a little more to get stock looking trim and better AC controls for your $38K car. For goodness sake, its an Infiniti, not a Neon.

I actually own the Metra 99-7604 as pictured at the beginning of the thread. It is brand new, never installed. I paid somewhere around $160 for it. Installer.com rarely has them instock. I tried to purchase it from them and they never had it come in over 1 month time. Metra sends every 2-3 they make to the states and it is extremely hard to find. I am selling it for $140 shipped.

 

where else would they send them? over seas G35 (350gt's) have double din OE

Now, review each statement, doesn't the first version sound much better with it included? This is why I stated "to the states" and I am sure Canada, South America, etc. does not of the OE version.

So can the JDM Kit with AC, DD finisher, and bracket still be had for the ~$280 price tag everyone is referring to in this thread? All my searching has ended up for around $350.
