This has been illegal for as long as I remember. It's considered an obstruction of the drivers view, and i've known someone that got a $400 ticket for it last year.

Did they increase the price of the avelectronics nav tv tuner? I see it being posted at 495 in the past and on the website now its listing at 525.

 

You may be confused with the new CA law making it illegal to have a laptop in the front period. That just kicked.

 

If and only If by some miricle the stock nav dvd system would take a dvd moive how would you push play You would need to get the joystick to work also

<hr></blockquote>Actually the new law is just a clarification of an existing law. It's still legal if the car disables it while driving.
