alpine IVA-W205

hey guys thinking of getting the alpine iva w205 very soon. any comments and/or concerns on this unit? have the double din kit sitting around and for all those who have the 04 bose head unit, well you know what i mean! getting it for 800 out the door, sounds about right?

hey man, i just installed the w205 into my 2003 coupe, I couldn't be more happier...the only thing I can't seem to figure out, is what to use for a trim piece, the stock trim is too big to fit the ddin opening properly...let me know if you run into the same thing and what you do about it...

I had my installed on 7/9/07 and so far so good.. The fit was PERFECT. It sits flush. The ipod cable is great. I have the Ipod in the glove box. It's great. All of my songs with me where ever I go.. I used the blue tooth and I was told that I sounded clearer than the when I used the Infinity Blue tooth. I did lose the sound for the Navigation but that is not a problem for me since I turned off the voice guildance the day I got the car.

I even down loaded a new wall paper and put it onto the head unit. You can get them from www.alpine.com I will post more thoughts after I had a while to play with more features.
