Hey all, im in the market for an alarm for my G... i was really sold on getting an alarm with the pager feature, but ive heard the pagers can easily be deactivated?... im really only looking at clifford and viper alarms(With tilt and shock sensors)...the clifford avantguard comes with everything i want but doesnt have a pager feature...does anyone have any experiance with this alarm and or any alarm with a pager???...... let me know thanks....

There's a joke about getting a pager alarm so you can go out there and get your a$$ kicked by the guy(s) stealing your car. LOL

was that the joke? if so it was not that good of a joke......but im glad to see you are so easily entertained....but back to the issue at hand, im not going to run out there and get in a fight with someone doing something to my car... but i know my other cars keys and my cell phone will be in hand when i go to see whats up.... after having my 03 cobra stolen in the middle of the night and having no clue of it till i went to go to my car for work ...id rather hope the pager feature works so i can be woke up and call who needs to be called soon after its done or in progress... bottom line if my car or something on it is wanted bad enough its gone no matter what...id just like some sort of deterrent

I was actually on vacation there. for a few days and also orlando. Its really nice down there. Everybody is a lot nicer in FL then in NY. the only problem i had was the whole southern hip hop influence down there.

Ghetto or not in FL....place is real nice. NY is the **** hole.

Where exactly did you vacation? because the real parts of south florida are ghweto and some how everyone is allways in a pissy mood! so i want to go to where you were lol

to the OP: i had a Clifford Matrix RSX on my Z and it was Great!

 

I stayed in Ft. Lauderdale for a 2 days...i was around US Highway 441 or something like that...and then i went to orlando (my grl wanted to go to the theme parks) that wasn't a vacation....torture...mad tierd...mad walking..mad line waiting..lol.

I like FL alot tho. Better then NY...we get winter here.

 

yea if you were by ft laderdale beach its really nice. i go there ALOT to play beach volleyball. and yea the theme parks are redonculous. unless you have a park pass and attend UCF then you go during the week one day and its AMAZING! you dont wait for anything and you feel like you have the park to yourself!

I went 2way pager with mine (viper) it comes in handy especially if you go auto start the screen helps. I have a habit of not remembering if i armed my alarm and i can check the remote, it also shows if my car is running or if someone is kicking my doors in.
