Where is the XM tuner box located...

I'm installing a new micro antenna w/ the 2 to 1 adapter. I know it's in the trunk somewhere...but where exactly. I don't want to peel back any unnecessary carpeting.

coupe? i think it is on the driver side, under the plastic spare tire piece.
