Planning to put subs and maybe LCD screen

I had a few question:
1. What is a good size / watt subs?
(i'm aiming for something w/ a nice good thump that can be heard at most 1 block away) (also a reasonable price) (won't burn out my OEM HU)
2. I want my navi to play videos also. I read the sticky and it was confusing. Can people tell me directly what i need to get exactly?
3. I wish i can change my HU, can i do it and still have the 6cd changer from infiniti?
Input would be appreciated.
