I didn't want to change my dash so i just got the PA11 interface. the PA11 or the interface that connects to your stereo and converts your satellite into a line-in... actually, 2 line ins.

Sound quality is pretty good, easy install (well not as easy as a honda but the diy on here is pretty clear)

before i was using it to my nano

then i used a touchscreen nav with mp3 and hook it up to there

now i put a bluetooth adapter in it so no wires stick out at all and i play bluetooth stereo through my mp3 cell phone

i will link the adapter after this, i didn't get the one with ipod interface, so came out to be 50.... although the ipod features on this one are pretty cool

check the pix in the following thread...

Out from the rear of the Pioneer HU, there is an Ipod cable that I connect to my Ipod. But if you have an aftermarket HU that supports playing mp3/WMA/AAC files, you really don't need an Ipod. A data CD-R disc can hold upwards of 200 songs in mp3/WMA/AAC format.

Hope this helps...
