Aftermarket Accessory Installation

Hello all! I just bought an '04 Sedan with the Blose system. I am in love with the car, but the sound system has got to go. I am looking at putting in a DD kit with a JVC deck. I have done some searching and reading, but I have not come to a conclusion on this type of installation. I am wondering how hard it is to install the accessories like the JVC Sirius module and/or iPod interface? My car does not have the Sirius antenna on the roof. So I would most likely have to run the JVC accessory cable from the front to the trunk to mount the converter and antenna in the truck. I am also going to replace the OEM amp with a 4 channel Alpine to avoid the low voltage conversion crap.

I replaced the speakers and deck on my 98 Bonneville without issue, so I am somewhat experienced with installations. I also happen to be an Electrical Engineer, so the wiring stuff isn't too scary either.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
