I've been promising a few pics of my custom Alpine NAV for way to long. I don't have a camera but my girlfriend had hers today,it's Christmas.So took a few shots.(it's a 3 mpg,quality is poor).

More pics well follow to show metal strapping behind screen with simple bolt,washer,nut.Then prongs glued on back of screen to slip over strapping nut assembly.The housing around the screen is wood.Pine to be exact.Hand sanded to contour with dash.Spray painted with Testors flat black,then Testors flat gloss.(Yep, thats model paint)

Hope you guys like it.But I work staggering hours.(make dental drills).So I well post more picks of screen housing from behind,metal strapping(and where we rivited it to).And the prongs.

I made the screen housing,but Stereo Plus in Ottawa gets the rest of the credit.

And if you look closely in upper left hand corner of photos I put a crack in the NAV screen frame fitting it in the housing.I'll fix that shortly.

you should color match, and get a better camera. i would love to see more pix
