Anyone get a hold of the NAV TUNER CROOK after we blew up his spot?

hi there this thread is for all us nice g35 drivers that got coned into the fake NAV tuner. after the delivery of the unit not only did i discover that the product wasn't an AV. unit, its not a NAV tuner at all so i sent an email to the individual stating that the product doesn't do as advertised and that i want instructions on a refund and still haven't gotten a response. i have sent an email a day. now anyone else run in to this problem of no response? and if so what are your plans on getting your money back? mine are if the individual doesn't respond just smile and let master card take care of it "got 8 more days till the dispute slip comes in "

I filed a square trade case against him and he responded to them saying that he agreed to mediation which should resolve in some sort of refund.

 

have someone goto his house and beat his ***. Then take the money.

Can I get some details concerning this "Square Deal" business? I have no idea how to go about returning this POS to this fraud

on ebay there is a link to square trade or go to squaretrade.com what they do is mediate and help towards resolving the problem

 

Paypal sent me a reply saying they wont do a damn thing, now im going to file a complaint with ebay next.

 

Hey guys. Wow. I poke around here once in awhile, but I am mainly poking around on FA Forums.

Last week, I went to place an order with AV Electronic for some some customers... As I was ordering, the guy was asking if I knew anyone who was selling these units recently on eBay. Of course I have no idea about what was going on and he proceeded to tell me about how the seller said it was AV Electronic units, when it really wasn't. He said that people have been calling him (AV Electronic) asking for money back etc. But of course, what can they do ??

So anyways, it seems that this crook just used thier name and thought it would be funny to take some people's money. Long story short, AV Electronic already has a legal team looking for him and they are going to go after him for using the company name without permission among other things. Don't worry - now that someone is pursuing him - he will be found and taken to court.

I hope you all get your money back soon. Its unfortunate that this happened, but when I saw the units selling for $325 - I knew it was too good to be true as well. Good luck to you all. Best regards...

GOOD! I hope Paul Bucich learns his lesson.

 

Perhaps those that have purchased the bogus units could contact AV Electronics and ask them if they plan to seek restitution for those that bought the false products. Granted, it'll be a long time before you get a cent, even if they do.

 

Hmmm I guess that depends on what AV is going after the crook for. If it's just the use of thier name, than I don't know if restitution is possible. But this is assuming of course... Any law majors here ??

I'm surprised that Paypal isnt taking action and offering to refund your money. Honestly, if it was advertised as a G35 unit, and it doesn't work as described (obviously) - than it just makes sense that they would move in for you.

Just wondering, did anyone purchase the unit with that insurance stuff that Paypal offers ?? Does it work?

yeah i screwed up and didnt use my credit card through pay pal and just used a direct transfer, so basically im getting screwed for it. Thanks alot paypal
