any on know if a single din dvd player will fit in the storage compartment above our glovebox? also does anyone know how to remove the inner lining in the storage compartment, does the glovebox have to be dropped?

 

I don't know if it's deep enough. I had my PS2 in there temporarily and it was pretty tight. I don't think the PS2 is as deep as a head unit. You do need to remove the glove box to get to the upper compartment though.

yeah, i saw a picture on here months ago....Someone had a single din unit in the Nav cubby area, so it can def be done.

03 6MT coupe, red/willow, premium, aero, splash guards, alum pedals, clear corners, double 15% tint

 

thats good to hear i just got my tv molded in to the dash where the stock head unit is located and molded a radio where the hazard button and ash tray are located and now i need a place to put the dvd player and i dont use the compartment so a dvd player in there would be perfect, i'll have pictures for everyone on sunday if it gets finished

 

TrentaCinque, so is it pretty easy to take that inner lining in the compartment once the glovebox is removed

 

I'm sure the lining is just a few screws. I don't know from personal experience because I have the Nav. It was easy to remove the nav from the cubby though.
