No, that's just the trim in front of the stereo that holds the stereo controls and the A/C. F0 means the in-dash changer can't change/play disks. You need to change the stereo behind the faceplate.

I've looked into places that repair the Bose cd changer and most charge around $300-400. You're probably better off finding a stock stereo for sale by someone who's upgrading to an aftermarket system.

 

Or buy an aftermarket headunit like me when my went on the fritzz.
