Need some audio advice

I am trying to get my new system to gether for my '03 G sedan and was interested in the Cerwin-Vega Stroker pro 12" sub. I was interested to see what some other peoples advice for a proper amp is, some thing that can keep the sub going at a 1000 watts RMS or more. Another concern since i havent talked to a professional installer would be box size and what can i realistically fit in my trunk.
If anyone has a competitive subwoofer setup in your G i would be interested in hearing what steps you took to get a good working system going.

Are you leaving the rest of the system stock? Do you have the Bose system?

www.4080enclosures has a nice enclosure for the sedan. There are two enclosures available to fit a 10 or a 12 inch sub.

Ya. i will more than likly changing all the speakers (boston acoustic more than likely) untill i find a nice head unit and get my hands on a DDin kit im stayn with a stock head unit non-bose system
i have checked out those enclosures and i would be happy if it were only that simple. This is not a normal sub woofer. it weighs about 70 lbs and requires a min. of 1.5 cubic ft inside a sealed box, 3 cubic ft ported. i was curious if any one had a box that big in a sedan, obviously it will have to be custom.
Also i need some amp company recommendations

Do you already have the stroker? There are other options that won't require as much room.

No i dont have it yet. ive been shopping around i like how the 4080 enclosure looks flush with the trunk. but what do i put in them? I talkd to some people about JL and they recommended the W3 or W6 vs the W7 which is raw in their oppinion i liked it (they showed me a escalade with 4xW7 12" almost rattled my teeth out at 32 vol) . but i do like the be heard before being seen philosophy so my qeustion is does the 4080 space give enough breathing room for that? I have read the specs and it looks like they are under 1cubic ft of air space.
BloodblackG what box are you using for that W7? also did you dynomat your trunk?

Do you have any pics? I had two 13W7V2's that I was thinking about replacing my 2 12W6V2's with but heard that I wouldnt have any trunk space at all.

I think it's possible to fit two 13w7 but you will be very limited on box space and trunk.I was planning to go with two 13w7 but with two sub the box would have to be smaller,so I went with one sub and the thing pound for being one sub.these sub are huge, picture are of the sub while it was being installed and the trunk area where you can see the sub.
