Just bought a Sirius Tuner...

for the stock HU for my '03 G35. It comes with the splitter and I'm wondering what antenna I have to buy for it?

Get whatever Sirus antenna you want. The splitter adapts the new, single wire style to the tuner if the tuner is the old double input style. If the tuner and antenna have the same connectors, you won't need the splitter.

Will an XM antenna work with it? I just bought an XMICRO2 and it just says acquiring and never gets past that?

Some people have used XM antennas. They aren't supposed to work as well, but I'm using and old XM antenna with my Sirius Sportster boombox at my house and it works fine.
