I just picked up a g35 coupe 5at and just a couple weeks in my left front speaker (bose) keeps fading Its werid because its random it will work and sometimes itll just stop i thought it was a cd problem but it does it throughout cd, or radio i also read acouple threads about it is a stereo issue is it possible that it is a messed up plug or wire? please help thanks in advance

 

It's a fairly common issue with the G35s. Take it to the dealer for warranty work. They will likely replace the radio.

If your car is under warranty, the dealer should replace the radio.

 

just called dealer, my warranty expired May 31st

when i brung it to the dealership they said it was the radio (like Gilley stated) i had the same problem as you my warranty ended in april but they were nice enough to replace it "under goodwill" see if any places are willing to change it for u under goodwilli also got my brakes done there so i think that helped

 

If they won't replace it under waranty then either buy a used hu or buy a dd conversion, this will be much cheaper than a new hu which will run you $2k+

 

just hit/punch the side of the raido/center console

it worked for me until i was able to take the car to the dealership

 

i did the same thing as gluxury till one day i pulled out the whole center console (which was such a bitch) to check the wires. they all looked fine but i jiggled and pushed them all and i havent had the problem since. and it was only like that on cds, not radio or anything. its all good now.

 

anyone have a DIY to take the HU out?
