I just finished running 2 sets of 16 gauge wire into both doors through the molex connector and thought I would share what I learned. Everything is in the document below.
First off, I would like to thank Espresso since I stole a few of his pictures. The few I have were taken with a cell phone and aren’t the best quality. Hopefully this will help out others that are attempting this project. I tried to clear up all the questions i had before i started. If i think of anything else i will add it to this thread. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
If you've tackled this project and have any pointers/tips that I missed, please post them.

Okay, I just got in my knukonceptz biamp cable and it's ridiculous, 1.5" in circumference. Somehow I'm not sure it'll fit through the molex.

Some bits are hard to see. I didn't have an assistant and you need both hands for a lot of it. Even with a tripod it was impossible to get a good angle on some of it.
If you want a better video, drive over to Georgia and film me doing yours.

I'm ready to tackle this task this weekend. Question for all that have done this, what is the maximum wire gauge that you can fit thru the molex and the are of the unused pin connector area? I was going to take it out to actually look before I order speaker wires, but thought of asking for experts opinion.
