getting ready to buid box

hey all, just now getting rready to build my sub box for my 2 Punch H2's, my question is which way will give a better bass response in the coupe? with the face of the subs facing the front of the car or the subs facing the rear of the car? generally speakers hit harder when they face the rear howver if anyone knows for a fact, please post. i am looking to have them face the rear and have plexi glass on the front of the box so when the seats are pulled down, one can see the huge *** magnets etc etc. please let me know if anyone has pics of this type of box and or H2 installs in their coupe. thanks Racerx

face them to the rear..so the waves hit off the back of the trunk, and then come back to you...supposedly this makes the sound deeper..just like if i took your home stereo, and turned the speakers toward the wall...you'll hear the sound deeper....give it a shot

to the rear... treble travels and bass bounces!
and it also looks cool when you pop your trunk...

Re: getting ready to buid box

my first guess would be firing them back toward the tail-lights, but since our trunk are pretty small, i just wonder how much of difference would it make? i mean the sound waves dont have much room to bounce anyway, since its small trunk, i think its more importan to damping our trunk and lid, cause its gonna rattle big time, also damping the license plate too!...there are sub enclosures at sounddomain.com.....just give you some ideas....good luck
