Did the sub break out the enclosure and it's mounting locations? I don't see the motor getting damaged just by it dropping while in an enclosure. If it didn't hit anything, it should be fine, but I'd assume the coil and/or basket to have gotten messed up. Got pics?

 

I already sent it in. It really wasnt a big fall and nothing else broken or it didnt get knocked out of the enclosure at all. Immediately the cone was sucked in and the rubber on the perimeter of the cone was all tweaked and shriveled. The cone was like vacuumed in because I took a screw out and lifted the sub a tiny bit and the cone popped out again. Then we tested it in my friends working system not my own, and it didnt work.
