OEM Navigation Removal

I was wondering, somehow, someway, is it possible to remove the OEM navi? I wanted to just add a double-din navigation, and maybe remove the OEM and sell it to someone that wants it (may sound dumb, sorry ).

you can remove it, what year is your G? because you can get the double din kit, but it's a matter of finding the pocket, or something to cover up the gap left by the missing screen.
a lot of people have just opted to keep the factory nav screen and mod it so it plays videos, as well as put in a DD screen

'04. That was an option but i just got the Pioneer Avic-F900BT for 600. And the car came with navigation and it sucks, and i see a lot of people want the original oem navigation and i was thinking why have both? when i can get it rid of it and sell it for like $600 even cheaper. Any ideas? Anyone tried it?
