Re: FINAL COUPE BOX PICS!

For just a sub only amp I would suggest the JL 250/1. Its a D-class amp (low heat-high output), small, packed with good features (like infersonic filters, RIPS, and variable cross-overs) and is very relieable. Plenty of "real" power for a 10" sub. If not that one stick with a D-class amp that has around 200-300 true watts. Not a rockwood from the flea market that says 2000watts and is smaller than a calculator. Look for RMS power.

Re: FINAL COUPE BOX PICS!

i have a rockford 801s which has 800 RMS watts. It really pushes my 2 10" pioneer premiers. I would highly recommend it....no problems with it ever.

Re: FINAL COUPE BOX PICS!

I should say the Profile amps are great for just powering this 10" sub. I had a mono Profile amp in my last BMW and was more than enough power and it handled great. If you're looking for an economical solution then look at it. Definitely a real sleeper.

Re: FINAL COUPE BOX PICS!

Dear 4080,

A really really great job!
Aesthetically, one cannot expect more.

With much respect, how about the sound?
I'd like to hook up a jl 10w3v2 or 10w6v2.
Is this your set up? If not, will this be possible?

Thank you again for making this stealth enclosure available.

Re: FINAL COUPE BOX PICS!

you can not go wrong with either sub. The W6 will handle more power but both will sound excellent.
