03 G coupe.. that is not prewired for XM/Siri.. what do I do?

03 G coupe.. that is not prewired for XM/Siri.. what do I do?
Looking for a cost efficient way to get xm/sirius on this G coupe.. its an 03 and isn't prewired... what can i do buy?
If someone has model numbers I am sure I can buy the stuff on ebay or somewhere for probably cheaper, than infiniti..
I saw the thing on g35 parts.. its $290 and if your not prewired its another $57... so thats like $347 for it.. how does it work though if your not prewired?
