Is It Possible?

Hey Guys/

My stock bose amp blew up and i am gonna go aftermarket but since i gotta chance that might as well install my new head unit.

Question is i have the metra Dual Din kit but the climate controls are just ugly and look really damn cheap. is there a way i can use the stock climate controls or a way i can get them to work i saw a few pics with people and after market head units with stock climate controls

some help would be great

thanks!

You have to buy the JDM DD kit.

I found the JDM kit and A/C controls you are talking about which resemble the stock finish but one thing i notice is missing is the dual climate control for the 04 which is what i have any idea's?

You will have to take your oem dual button and solder it on to the new ac controller.

The Metra kit and the JDM a/c controller are the same. You will need the JDM finisher. I would sell that Metra kit that you have, take the money and buy the JDM a/c controller. The buttons look better in my opinion.

TroysG yes we know that but i dont like the one that comes with it it's cheap and looks like crap i want the look and feel of the stock one hence why he told me to lookd for a JDM A/C controller i just wanted to know if the JDM Controller will fit in the metra finisher kit
