G35 Stock Stereo To Stock Navigation

Hi guys i have a 2004 G35 with no Navigation I bought a Head Unit with Navigation and xm radio that came from a 2004 G35, what I am trying to do is take out my old stereo/head unit and put this one in which has Navi. Is there a guide or can some one help me with this. I have all the wires (harness wire) everything complete. Is this possible? thanks

Well it is possible, and from what i have seen,

You need to take the complete dash appart because you need to change your wirewing arness as you said,

However im assuming you have the dvd reader that goes in the upper glovebox compartment, you will need that too

It is possible, however from what i have seen, its quite a big job
