Angry Is this my amp...??

I got my 2005 6MT G35 coupe about 4 months ago, and have had nothing but problems with the stock bose audio system. When I bought the car, the 6 disc CD changer didnt work, so I took it in (it was covered by warranty) and had infiniti put a new one in.

Literally the next DAY, the car audio was very sporadic in operating; sometimes when i turned the car on the system would work fine, other times it wouldnt have any sound coming out *at all*

Took it BACK to infiniti and they said it was the amp, so they replaced that and gave it back to me. This time the system worked for about 2-3 days, and now im back in the same freakin mess: the audio works super sporadically!! called infiniti again and said they'd have ANOTHER amp to put in on July 26th!!

So long story short, is this my amp?? or could it be something else?? is there a way i can test my amp to see if its functional?

if you've already been through two stock bose amps i highly doubt that the problem lies within the amp; you have two DIFFERENT amps. look at either the wiring to the amp or the deck, given the amount of problems the decks are known to have the deck would be my first guess. also, my suggestion would be to go aftermarket, for SQ and reliability... but you are talking like your under warranty, so maybe you dont want to do that.

Same thing happened to me when I first got my '06. The first time they replaced the HU with a BRAND NEW unit, but it didn't work wtf? I ended up going three different times and ultimately said screw it and put aftermarket everything. The car was under warranty but it seemed pointless to keep taking it to the stealership when they couldn't fix it after several tries.

Infiniti's "premium" is complete garbage...just go with aftermarket and save yourself any further headaches.
