Yeah your right on. If it had a crease or hot spot as i call them it would keep blowing the fuses.

If you cant find a blown fuse it might have shorted something else the dealership didnt find or they may have forget to rehook a wire. If no power is getting the fuse box you would never know the fuse since it cant blow again.
