Um.
That is a mono channel amp, definitely not a plug & play for the OEM amp.
That could run the Bose subwoofer, but you'll need a 4-channel amp to drive the rest of the speakers.
5-channel amps are available and would be a drop-in-replacement (adding a power wire to the battery, of course). However, there's not a great selection of them, so you're usually better off doing a 4-channel amp + a mono amp. You have a huge variety of prices and quality levels to choose from, and likely end up being cheaper for greater watts. The complexity won't be that much more, just run a big, fat, chunky power wire to the back and split it to the two amps.

Yep, Bose amp is 5-channel.
That amp should work well, I haven't used BA for amps, but their speakers are pretty nice.
The car has like 16 gauge to the bose amp. You need that an amp wiring kit.
Oh, and I'd have a real car audio place install. Best Buy isn't the most reputable. Check with the regional forums or local clubs and such as to who can do it right the first time in your area.

I had the same problem too with my 05 coupe. It turns out the problem is the Head Unit, not the amp. I brought my coupe to a local Car Audio Shop, said he had many coupes came into the shop with the same problem and 90% is the Head Unit because the amp is very unlikely to have any problem, just not very common. People usually just upgrade to Double Din, but i decided to buy a used Head Unit from a 07 Coupe. Although the serial numbers are different on 05 & 07 Head Units, It works fine. No rewiring needed, plug&play. I thought about upgrading to Double Din, but the buttons on the kit looks off. The shop didn't have those OEM look kits, so i just added an iPod adapter and an Auxiliary Plug. Use iPad mini as my touch screen display on the car which looks way nicer the any of the double din display and sits perfectly above climate control. Use my phone as a hotspot, so i have wireless connection. I'll post some pic of my set up later.
