Anybody try the Crutchfield DD A/C adapter

New to the forum so sorry if this has been answered already. How does it compare to the JDM A/C controler. The crutchfield one looks to have dual zone climate but does not look as good without the Alum. finish.

If I'm not mistaken Crutchfield sells the Metra kit which, IMO, simply doesn't look as good as the JDM DD kit. It does have the dual-climate control button but the buttons themselves don't match the OEM buttons.

Yep, it's just the metra kit. The differences between the two has been exhaustively discussed here.

If somebody offered you $140 to put a dent in your door would you do it? What about to rip a hole in your seat? When you buy the Metra over the JDM, what you're saying is "Yes, for $140 I will let you beat my interior with the ugly stick."
