In dash DVD player/Nav compatibility.

Hi forum, I'm new and I'm also 16 about to get a G35 coupe in a month or so. I was wondering if I could fit one of those flip out in dash multimedia systems in the G35. I'm not exactly familiar with the car so could someone shed light on this? One of my friends said that there wasn't space for it to fit or something of the sort.

I wonder if people can search, read the FAQs, if the light in the fridge goes out. Wondering isn't asking a question though.

Yes, somebody can shed some light on it.

There, I answered the only question in your post.

If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Questions, like:
Can I put a touchscreen CarPC in the factory popup nav location?
Can I put a single-din pop-out DVD player in place of the factory stereo?
Can I put a double-din DVD player in place of the factory stereo?
Can I put a flip-out dash multimedia system in the glovebox?
Can I custom mount a flip-out multimedia system in the roof?
I wonder about the answers.
But know specific questions get answered quick, vague ones occasionally get answered after somebody asks for clarification, and poorly written ones just get ignored.

^ True.

A $500 beater will get you experience and when you damage it, it's less than you would have spent repairing the G.

I expected an answer like this. I typed that up real quick just to get my question out there. I understand specific questions get specific answers, but I was also looking for various inputs, like the people who posted after you have given me. Now I realize I need to get more experience driving, and that this in dash gig isn't for me. Thanks. Not really.

So you were looking for people to tell you you're too young and inexperienced to get a fast car with a complicated entertainment system?

If you want verbal abuse, it's free.

Here is a link to a thread of the one i just installed in my car i posted 5 mins ago. Yes, you can but if you have a stock bose system in your car and you even have to ask this question. I wouldn't do it if I were you. You're not going to be able to figure out what you need to get and what you're going to need to do. https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-v...ml#post4983236
