if you want the kickers thats cool

get the dual 4 ohm version(s)

and this amp

http://www.edesignaudio.com/product_...products_id=44

honestly best bang for the buck

1200rms @ 12.5 volts so if your eleectrical is ok, the amp will put out about 1400-1500rms @ 1ohm.

Also, I think you'd be happier with a single sub in a medium to large ported box

https://ssl.perfora.net/www.ficaraud...iew.shopscript

either 10 or 12, which ever you have room for

$250 for amp + $300 for sub

Ive used that exact pair in my car and it pounded pretty wicked.

The Fi sub will handle more than the 1500rms the amp will provide.

At least get the L7 if you're gonna go with kickers. L5's are junk.
If you like your music loud I can guarantee you will blow the L5's real quick..

Before the used to charge no tax, now its regulated. (so they say)

Lol, I'm a simple man. I went with a Rockford P1000bd amp and 2 JL Audio 10W3s in a sealed box. It's more than good enough for me to hear and feel.

Cool stuff, JL hits hard too. Kickers are good too. but yes your stock speakers will sound like crap when you upgrade to a dd. That's the reason i need to upgrade my sound system. because I just about had it

Hey that's my car. I have L7's in my car. I think a single 12" will be good.

Stock Bose are even more terrible when they are trying to compete with subs, upgrading those is a must.

Ok cool. you think a 500/1 JL amp will push it? or a 1000/1 amp will push that 1 L7?
