Need more mid bass?

Well, finally had the time to take a closer look at the situation. Turns out the "professional" installer set my HPF on the amp at 160hz so that's why my fronts sounded like crap! I set it back to 80hz (on the amp) and turned the HPF (on alpine HU) off and left the "loud" setting on. Sounds much better and back to normal. I'm sure those BA's would sound nicer but gotta save up some dough! Thanks for all the help!

Wow! What a difference with the pro60se's. Just put em in last night and they blow away my diamond audio da5.6 (old model). It's just very accurate mid bass and just blends very well. The highs are little brighter than I'm use to but very clear and I can hear more details. I'm very satisfied with em...thanks Wrathernaut!

yeah, it was getting really late and had to work next morning so i didn't make any crossover adjustments yet. Your spot looks pretty good. I mounted mine on the actual metal of the door towords rear of door on both sides. just tried to use previous holes from the installers and ended up only using 2 screws for one set of xovers snapped together with the bridge in place.
