Alpine PDX-5?

I am considering a sub and amp combo, I will probably eventually replace the interior speakers. I don't need crazy loud bass, but I enjoy good, crisp sound with some solid bass. I am considering a JL10w3 powered off the PDX-5 which will also run the interior speakers. Does anyone have any experience with this amp? I'd love it if I could stick to one amp for the whole sha-bang.

Thoughts?

Cool amp. Should be able to power everything. You could do the same thing with a 4 channel if you ditch the rears.

Thanks for the input. I'd like to keep the rear sound so I'll go with the five-way.
