I wanna upgrade avh-p4100 to 4300

So I have a pioneer avh-p4100dvd reciever and I was wanting to upgrade to the 4300. I was wanting to know if the wiring harnesses are the same between the two models. I hated doing all that cutting and splicing the first time and I would dred needing to do it all again. If the harnesses are the same it'd be a lot easier to switch out recievers and I'll go ahead and do it. If not, I might just live with the one I have.

It looks the same to me. I'd say it's worth the gamble.

8 Pins across on both, I'm pretty sure it's an identical plug, and every wire I can make out clearly is in the same position.

Pandora can stream over bluetooth to the P4200, you just won't get anything but the audio, and maybe skip track.

Well, I talked to a pioneer tech ealier today to find out if the harnesses were the same. He said that it might work or that some functions might work and others not depending on if some of the pins were switched around between the two recievers. He said there was no way to know other than trying it out.
