It cost me $1098 on Ebay and $1065 to get the main wiring harness from www.nissanparts.com. My friend and I installed the wiring.

Sorry if I said I was the first I meant to say I was the first to post up in any G35 or other Car generated forum that I was able to install a Nav unit into a non nav G35. There is one person before me who did it but it was on a 350Z. Not a G35.

thats roughly the same price the navi costs from the dealer. Plus no labor charge being that u did it yourself. I think you made off pretty well.

Thats weird because I asked a dealer if they could order the OEM navi and I was told they couldn't order it and didn't have a price or part #.

Hey, I'm going to be installing the stock navigation sometime soon, however I am not quite sure as to which parts I need. Could you please tell me the parts you used to complete the install; harness, monitor, basically everything and possibly the part numbers if you know them. I would trully appreciate any help and it would definitelly shorten the time of reaserch and sifting through the service manuals.

Thanks, Mario

Thats awesome; it takes some serious guts to dive into a a project like this. I'm surprised it only took you 10 hours looking at the pictures. I would have no clue on how to hook up that wiring harness...
