06 6MT with OEM Nav Audio Overhall

I recently started ordering parts for my 06 6MT (with nav)... Unfortunately the JDM AC/Controller Trim piece is back-ordered for about 2 months now, and from what I understand, it's gonna be at least another month.

Here is my list of items purchased:

JDM AC Controller/Trim Piece
Alpine INA-W910
Dynamat Extreme 35 sq foot
Diamond Audio H600S components
Metra 70-7550 Radio Wiring Harness
Metra Axxess ASWC Universal Steering Wheel Control
Metra 40-NI10 Nissan Antnna Adapter
PAC TR7 Universal. Trigger Module
Sirius-Xm SVX100V1 Xm In-Car Tuner and Antenna
Power cable, battery terminals, fuses, speaker wire, rca's, etc.

Already owned:
(2) JL Audio 12W3V2
JL 500/1 Slash amp
JL 300/4 Slash amp

I'm still debating whether or not I want to build a box for both 12's or buy a new beastlier sub. If I buy a beastlier sub, I will most likely need another amp as 500 isn't going to cut it.

I plan on dynamating the entire truck and both doors. I may dynamat more depending on rattles and overall SQ. Anyone have issues with the rear view mirror rattling?

My car is XM equipped with the factory equipment... Is it possible to use the factory installed XM Antenna or will I have to rerun the one included in the Sirius-Xm SVX100V1 Xm In-Car Tuner and Antenna package?
Clicky Clicky

The Alpine INA-W910 has bluetooth built in... is it possible for me to wire the microphone already in the car into this headunit?

Can anyone think of anything I may be missing or suggestions for my setup?

You'll have to cut the JDM Trim piece FYI.

Well, dynamat is much too expensive for the quality. Go with sounddeadenershowdown.com instead.

It's possible that you can splice the factory antenna into an aftermarket XM receiver, nobody's ever reported success or failure or even trying it.

And yeah, you'll have to trim the JDM trim, or you can send it my way and I'll do it for free you so long as you include a return postage label.

Oh, and I'm not sure if you'll need the scosche ddtrb trim listed in my shopping list or not with that headunit. Some come with a trim ring, some don't, and I can't find a picture of the entire box's contents to see if there is or isn't one.

I'll give splicing the antennas and bluetooth mic first, if the quality sucks or I can't make it work, I'll just rerun it.

The JDM Trim piece will be coming your way as soon as I get it. We talked about it via PM. I ordered the damn thing almost 2 months ago and still probably another month before it comes in. Ugh. It's all I'm waiting for at this point.

I have the Alpine HU and it does not come with a trim ring.

If you think I did well on yours, check out how Dukehotty's came out:

If I wasn't so damn honest, I'd swap mine out for one of these I'm doing for other people. But I just remember that some day I'll just buy my own trim and re-do it, and I will have done a dozen of them by then and have it looking better than oem

That is sick dude, great job. I cannot wait to get mine!!!

Question, should I spend the extra money and get:

PAC ROEMNIS2

instead of

Metra 70-7550 Radio Wiring Harness ?

I think I read some issues with Metra 70-7550 Radio Wiring Harness that the other part fixes.

I did two trim modifications for use with navigation in the last week, so somebody's got them.

Can you provide me with their info? Or do you know or can you find out where they got them from? I've been searching all over the place...

I know one of them got it from another g35 owner that didn't use/need it.
