Need some amp advice

hi guys, was looking to install 2 Cadence 12inch subs with amp (using the stock bose systemn and head unit), was wondering based on specs, what kind of amp would be best (looking for something that would run under $150 on ebay new or used). you advice is much appreciated! here are the specs

Some of their amps are cool. That one won't do what it says.
