Need Sat Radio Help...

I got an 05 sedan G35 and we got the Sat radio activated but it reads "No Signal" still and i tried working with them when i got it activated but no luck. I was wondering cuz we dont have the right rear view mirror with in the car. Im i missing a connection some were? I figured that the car came with a rear view mirror with all the goodies like auto dimmer and the sort. But it is just a plain jane flip it down when you had lights shining on you type of mirror. Thanks for anyone ones help if they come to aid in it.

I have the 06 and from what I understand if you got it factory then it has the shark fin. If it was put in afterwards you will have an antenna mounted somewhere inside the car or on the truck. Rarely does anyone put the shark fin on themselves and then sell. Not to say never but it's few and far between to find a g lover that goes that far that also sells. So check to see what you got ie factory, after market or plug in to prewired then go from there. I am also having antenna problems so I'll watch the post to see what said. Good luck
