What type of car? In the older Infiniti models you need a double din kit. I've seen them from $150 to $250. This will be on top of your new head unit. When I was looking for a head unit I looked through amazon. you can see ratings and the prices are better than any "retail" store I've been in.

I just installed a JVC KW-ADV794 it has Bluetooth built in, Ipod connection built in, DVD, NAVI if you have an Iphone you can use Moition X for free NAV and Back up Camera (purchased seperatley). It also has a detachable face for theft purposes. I got it on Ebay for $250.00. I also bought the JDM dash kit looks way nicer then the Metra. I used the stock speakers by tapping into the wire harness in the trunk and disconnecting the Bose amp. The Bose stock doesnt sound bad hooked up to an aftermarket amplifier. I will be posting pics real soon of the install soon. I haven't finished with the subs yet and getting the amps bolted down where I want them yet either. Check out the stereo I could send you the link for the listing.

You can add a backup camera XAR800C for $199.00 through Crutchfield, you might find it cheaper on Ebay or another website. $649.00 for the headunt on Crutchfield! Try Ebay you might find the setup at a deeper discount. Check out the JVC's you might like the prices you'll save yourself some money. The 7" will fit I almost bought the JVC that was 7" it just lacked bluetooth if I went with that one instead of the 6.1". Ebay equivilent 370581204188, punch this number in.

Don't rule out Amazon. You can get it new and it's gotta be cheaper that Crutchfield.

JuiceDogg - looking forward to seeing those pics. I too am upgrading my sound system. Going to check out the JDM as well.

well if you want a legit setup I can sell you my Kenwood DDX-8019 if your interested. Has NAVI, Ipod hookup, did have bluetooth but removed it because I had a bluetooth headset that worked better.

I would sell you my double din setup but unfortunately its painted gloss black and im selling the center console as well as a package deal because its all painted together. I have a 5AT.
