I found a post by djrobx on 4/22/04 with a HU and speaker wire color table, very handy......but I was checking the 2003/2003.5 Stereo Diagram and noticed the wire colors are different, they don't match the post............I have a 2004 coupe and now assume the post by djrobx was for the 2004..........searched but could not find a 2004 Stereo Diagram...........anyone point me in the right direction or can you post please? I am still having noise problems and want to check my connections..........Thanks for the help!

Thanks trhowe..........those came in handy, did a preliminary check and everything looks fine so far........but will get the ohm meter out tomorrow and check further

I found the shield for each signal pair and they are not connected at the bose amp end, it just ends........nothing to connect it too.......the wiring diagram shows this as well.........I checked one of the shields and it is grounded......

 

Sheilds should only be connected to one end only, otherwise they create a ground loop.

 

Can anyone tell me what color wires are for the rear deck woofers? I'm adding a sub but have yet to find which wires to tap into from the stock Bose HU for an '05 coupe.
