05 Double-DIN kit
#422
I recently purchased a DD kit for my 05 coupe w/navi.... The front plate is too tall to fit with the stock navi controller While I was at the SEMA show last week, I saw a 05'+ coupe with a dd kit and stock navi, I asked the owener if he had to cut the faceplate at all and he said no...
Are there 2 different faceplates/garnish for our 05's?
TIA.

Hey guys, I don't know if this is going to be a re-post or whatever, but this is being released by Scosche Industries:
I found this in the catalog here:
http://www.scosche.com/pdf/Scosche_2...1_098_kits.pdf
also they mention a new kit for 05+ models here:

they say:
"Scosche Industries, an innovator of mobile electronic products and accessories for the aftermarket, announces its new installation kits for 2008. Just got off the phone with a reseach tech guru over at Scosche Industries and he mentioned to me that they are redesigning the electronics to include a dual AC controller and that they are looking to release the whole kit in mid June now. He stated that he can not give an exact price but that it should roughly be around $100....."Maybe a little more!" So at this point I wonder if I should wait or just get to the point a buy the JDM kit
