That's the email I used. I don't know if this matters, but I know there are some may be some problems with some international emails and isp's. I don't know what email you are using, but you may want to try yahoo or gmail. I personally use verizon/yahoo and didn't have any probs.
Good luck,
Larry

Need Some Info 03 Double Din Kit
I have a 2003 G35 Coupe Premium Package with Bose OEM radio with no Navi. I'm planning on installing an Alpine W205 with a rear view camera. I've purchased the wire harness for the radio but now I'm not sure if I got the right one. I read somewhere that if I have the Bose system the wire harness is different because of the speakers amp. Can someone clear this up for me. I also have the PAC steering wheel intergration unit, has someone use this with the W205 radio? Another question I have is after I buy the double din dask kit with the ac controller, I don't care about having the dual climate control can I just leave it like it is without having to mess around taking the button off the factory radio. Also do I need a bracket with the double din kit? I'm looking into installing a rear view camera with this HU, can anyone point me in the right direction. I read about rear view camera with night vision, anyone have one installed and how good is it. So what I'm asking is what do I need to buy to finish this project and what else do I need. Any information will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I want to put go the double-din route on my G35 6MT...but am totally clueless as to what I need / don't need.
I Know i need the console finisher and AC, but do I need that metal bracket?
Does it matter that I have Bose sound system, and Infiniti's nav in my car already?
Lastly, is it terribly difficult to DIY...I have inquired at a couple of places around the phoenix/scottsdale area and they all seem skeptical or reluctant to touch that car.

you don't need the metal bracket, at least it is not required. I would have a professional install done, but that is just my opinion. I am sure you can find someone on the forums in your area, i had mine done in OC by a friend with experience for $250. Shops might charge you from 350-550??

Question???
If you use the double din kit; Do you have to use the AC controls it comes with? Can't you use the AC controls you currently have? Is their a way to add the DD without loosing my dual air? I was planning on replacing my whole stereo (head unit, Speakers, Extra screen, Amps and caps). Also can I buy just the DD kit with out the AC controls?? Any help is most appreciated.
Thanks
